This project focuses on redesigning digital experiences through wireframing innovation. It transforms concepts into interactive flows, improving navigation, enhancing usability, and creating visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces that drive engagement and satisfaction.
Challenge
Indian oilseed farmers face extreme price volatility, often losing 15–30% of crop value due to sudden market swings, lack of real-time market access, and zero exposure to practical hedging tools. Small farmers cannot use complex futures, options, or forward contracts, while buyers struggle with price uncertainty and contract trust issues. The absence of transparent risk management, reliable price prediction, and enforceable digital contracts makes agricultural income unstable and discourages long-term planning.
Results
AgriSure enables farmers to hedge price risk with 60–80% effectiveness, lock minimum selling prices, and gain real-time market visibility, leading to more stable and predictable incomes. Buyers benefit from price certainty, secure supply through blockchain-verified contracts, and reduced intermediaries. Overall, the platform improves market transparency, reduces disputes, and demonstrates how AI-driven decision support can transform risk management in Indian agriculture.
Process
Research & Analysis: We conducted user interviews and requirement analysis while simultaneously monitoring in-app behavior and system performance under real usage. Competitor platforms and market workflows were studied to identify scalability, usability, and cost limitations, especially under free-tier infrastructure constraints.
Information Architecture: The app architecture and navigation were designed to minimize API calls, reduce unnecessary re-renders, and prioritize critical user actions. Features were structured to ensure smooth performance while reliably supporting up to 1000 concurrent users within Supabase free-tier limits.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Low-fidelity wireframes were used to validate efficient user flows and data-loading strategies. High-fidelity interactive prototypes were then converted into real production screens, optimized for fast load times, caching, and minimal backend dependency.
Usability Testing: We tested the application with real users while simulating concurrent sessions to observe performance, latency, and usability. Feedback was used to improve both user experience and system stability without increasing infrastructure cost.
Visual Design & Style Guide: A lightweight, performance-focused visual system was implemented using reusable components, optimized assets, and a strict style guide to maintain consistency while keeping the app responsive and production-ready.
