Complete overhaul of subscription management by replacing outdated, rigid systems with a smart, seamless, and scalable platform. The goal was to automate complexity, adapt to any business model, and deliver real-time clarity — creating a future-ready solution that is intelligent, flexible, and easy to use.

Challenge

Redesign of an outdated subscription platform with a cluttered interface and complex workflows that frustrated users. The focus was on simplifying the user journey, reducing cognitive load, and applying modern design principles to create a more intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing experience.

Results

Post-redesign, user engagement improved significantly with a 25% faster task completion time and a 30% reduction in errors. Satisfaction ratings rose from 3.2 to 4.6 stars, and streamlined workflows with a modern interface led to a 20% increase in new subscriptions within six months.

Process

Research & Analysis: I conducted user interviews, surveys, and analyzed in-app analytics to understand the main points and user needs. I also studied competitor apps and industry trends to gather insights


Information Architecture: Based on the research findings, I restructured the app's navigation and content, prioritizing features and information according to user needs.


Wireframing & Prototyping: I designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the new layout and navigation, iteratively refining them based on user feedback. Afterward, I built a high-fidelity, interactive prototype to test the design.


Usability Testing: I conducted usability tests with a diverse group of users to validate the design and identify areas for improvement. Based on the feedback, we made necessary adjustments to the design.


Visual Design & Style Guide: I developed a cohesive visual language, including color schemes, typography, and iconography, ensuring consistency throughout the app. We also created a style guide to maintain design consistency in future updates.
